Description
The kit is suitable for detailing one GRCW wagon as built in the period around 1915 but retaining short buffer guides and 12″ buffer heads.
It includes the following components:
- Gloucester Type 4S axlebox (rectangular type) with 5 leaf spring
- Ribbed round buffers (9.5″ guides).
The buffers are supplied in two versions: with a (12″) printed head, and bored to suit fixed or sprung metal heads (not supplied). Axleboxes have a elongated recess for use with sprung axles.
